High Score Challenge Championship #1
Welcome! DeFiMon Arcade presents: "High Score Challenge". Contestants will play head-to-head in a tournament-style bracket for bragging rights to becoming World Champion!
Tournament Rules
Players will need to have a DeFiMon Arcade account to enter.
Each Month will have a competition. The winner of each month will be added to the DeFiMon Arcade Finals bracket.
The finals will be played once 12 players have been found. You can find more information about each month's structure in the chart below (see figure 6).
You cannot enter multiple accounts into any Qualifier. If you are caught, you will be banned for life from playing in any Tournament hosted by DeFiMon.
You cannot use any type of program or bot to enhance your score. If you are caught manipulating any match you will be banned for life from this competition.
The host of the tournament will not give the players any indication of what game they will compete in or the rules prior to their match. The winner will proceed to the next round after winning the number of games needed to move on.
You must be present in our Telegram to share your screen and compete in the tournament. If you have any connection issues prior to the match you will have 5 minutes to correct those issues. LINK TO ARENA: https://t.me/Defimon_Official_Group
If you completely lose connection during a match, you will be allowed to enter back in, but the timer will not stop. If you connect after the timer has gone up, you will only be able to submit your highest score before the interruption.
If a player does not show up within 5 minutes of their match being announced, they will forfeit the round and the player present will be victorious. If both players don't show up within the 5 minutes their match is announced, they will both forfeit. In the event that neither player shows up for the Championship game of each Tournament then the 3rd and 4th place contestants will play for the Championship of that Tournament.
Qualifiers
The road to the Finals begins at the Qualifier which is held on Tuesday of each week scheduled in the calendar. You can SIGN UP and view the calendar at: defimon.io/tournaments
The window to enter the Qualifier begins the Wednesday prior to the Qualifier at 7:00 am PST/00:00 UTC and ends on the Sunday of that weekend at 1 pm PST/8 pm UTC.

Up to 64 players can enter into the Qualifier. The contestants that sign up for the tournament will be randomly selected.
Players will play head-to-head in Sudden Death matches.
1st and 2nd place will automatically move on to the Quarter Finals. 3rd and 4th positions will play for the 3rd and final spot to the Quarter Finals.
1st Place receives a "First Round BYE" in Quarter Finals.
Quarter Finals
The only way to get to the Quarter Finals is by winning a spot in the Qualifier.
The Tournament will be held on each Thursday following that week's Qualifier.
Detailed instructions on how to play the tournament will be emailed to you so please make sure to submit a valid email when registering.
The Champion from each Qualifier will have a First Round "bye".
First Round, players will play in the Best of 3 series. The first player to win 2 matches will move on to the Second Round.
Second Round, players will play in the Best of 5 series. The first player to win 3 matches will move on to the Final Round.
Final Round, players will play in the Best of 7 series. The first one to win 4 matches will move on to the Semi-Finals.
Prizes for 1st and 2nd place.
Semi-Finals
The only way to get to the Semi-Finals is by winning a spot in the Quarter Finals.
The Semi-Finals will introduce the Double Elimination tournament format. You will have to lose 2 series to be Eliminated from the tournament.
Players will play in a Best of 3 series. The winner will move on to the next round. The loser will go down to the Redemption bracket.
Redemption Bracket: Players will have one more chance to playing for the Semi-Final Championship. You must win all your games to make it to the Semi-Final, Final Round.
Prizes for the top 4.
DeFiMon Arcade High Score Challenge FINALS!
Welcome to the World Championship Finals! The winners of each month will compete for the High Score Challenge Crown & a portion of $5,000.
(Players will be asked to Dox privately prior to the Championship to ensure the integrity of the tournament)
The 12 players will play in a Round Robin format.
Each round will be a single-game series.
After 11 rounds, the player with the most points will be crowned the "High Score Challenge Champion!"
Prizes: 1st = $2,500 / 2nd = $1,250 / 3rd = $750 / 4th = $500
